完成主題式寫作特訓 p.31 題組一 : Healthy Diet translation
Students should be allowed to have cell phones in school. (No period)
To avoid students playing mobile games during class time, some schools ban students to[change the preposition] bring their cellphones to school. However, I believe that students should be allowed to have cell phones in school[add your controlling ideas]. First, students can use cell phones to connect with their teachers and parents when emergency. This can save a lot of time finding a telephone[add details about the emergency and necessity of cellphones]. Second, there are some useful tools in cell phones that can help the[delete the article] students’ studies. For example, they can use cameras to take down[delete the preposition] notes and use the recorder to record what the teacher says[add the benefits student can get]. Third, if the cell phones are equipped to access the Internet, students can search for the information they need immediately, such as Cambridge English Dictionary and Wikipedia[these are information sources, not information itself]. Because of the reasons above, I think students should have the freedom to use cell phones to[change the preposition] school.
To sum up, mobile phones provides a number of convenient and useful functions that students can benefit a lot on their learning and connecting to the adults; therefore, students should have the freedom to use cell phones in school.
