作文題目: I am a little cook! write your own recipe!

原文:

My Favorite dish– Banana toast

chocobananatoast64855Ingredients:
250 g strong flour
30 g butter
30 g sugar
4 g salt
120 ml milk
3 g yeast
1 banana

Method:
1. CutGrate the banana into small pieces.
2. Add all the ingredients into a pot.
3. Add the yeast into the bread machine.(into the pot?)
4. Put the pot into the bread machine.
5. Press the button “yeast", “toast" and “start".
6. Wait for about 25 minutes, and enjoy!

寫食譜時最重要的是食材、器具、份量及清楚的步驟(包括烹煮時間),這次寫的基本上要求都有達成,但在過程的部分,要思考一下邏輯性,例如Add the yeast into the bread machine,應該是加入麵包機的鍋中,不是加到機器裡面。最後的裝飾也可以說明,多用不同的動詞,能讓讀者更知道如何操作。


單字補充:

★ grate是磨碎,如果只是切小塊,是cut something into piece,或是dice(切丁)

★與flavor(口味、風味)(flavours, UK)相關的字:sweet、savory(spicy or salty, not sweet)。吃飯時你可以問和你一起吃飯的朋友家人: “Do you prefer sweet or savory foods?"另外,還有salty鹹的、bitter苦的、tart澀的、smoky煙燻

△食物壞了可能會有rancid(酸)的味道

★與texture(口感)相關的字:
